1-2-21 SAINTS ISOLATION CHALLENGE

CONSIDER YOURSELF CHALLENGED!

The second term starts on Monday but due to implementation of necessary measures to curtail the spread of the Corona virus, classes will now only resume on 20 March 2020. That doesn’t mean that we sit idle and lose our focus. Let’s put a positive spin on the time given to us and improve our discipline, intensify our effort and build our character. To this end the 1-2-21 challenge. Anyone can enter regardless of age or belt. Here’s how it works:

Day 2 -  do your grading katas twice in morning twice in evening

Day 3 - 3 times ............... in morning and three times in evening............

Day 21 - 21 times............. in morning and 21 times in evening
